Our academic programmes, global outlook, and international student body all combine to prepare our students for rewarding careers.

Alumni of the Comparative Literature Department go on to study and work in a number of areas, including publishing, journalism, media, law, finance, and the visual arts. Employers value their ability to work across languages, cultures, and discourses, bringing innovative perspectives to today’s complex problems.

Our alumni stay in touch with us via the College’s Alumni Association, which includes some 130,000 members. Our alumni are our best ambassadors, and we are always happy to hear from former students who would like to offer advice or assistance to other alumni and students in a particular field of work.
