Kickstarting our new Workshop 101 series, this session offers a high-level crash course in using NMR for metabolomics. While mass spectrometry often takes the spotlight, NMR is also a strong tool for metabolite profiling and biomarker discovery.

During the workshop, you'll learn how NMR metabolomics is being used in clinical and preclinical research, from untargeted profiling and pathway mapping to studying drug metabolism, nutritional studies, and toxicology. The workshop includes a case study from one of our users and a walk through what you can expect from a metabolomics study including biomarker panels, statistical & pathway analysis, and method validation.

Interested in seeing it all in action? A post workshop guided tour, and hands-on demo will be at the NMR Core Facility, where we will show you exactly how a metabolomics study comes together.
