Postgraduate taught

We have a mission to address the changing landscape of health and medicine from a social science perspective. We combine insights from the natural and medical sciences, social sciences and philosophy to enable you to understand possible solutions to today’s global challenges and create a healthy future.

Our courses foster thinking across disciplines and national boundaries. Whether you want to promote responsible biomedical research, address global health inequities or ensure fairness across generations, your master's course will require you to consider numerous perspectives in order to succeed.

We are dedicated to supporting our students as they take their next academic or professional steps, by actively helping them engage with non-governmental organisations and charities, think tanks, government, intergovernmental organisations, the private sector and academia. All of these are areas in which our students have gone on to work in.
