The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) aims to turn advances in biomedical research discoveries into benefits for patients.

We encourage brilliant minds from diverse fields to innovate and collaborate using our world-class facilities. Ground-breaking research groups maintain strong links with industry within our experimental medicine hub, where we also deliver world-class training to future translational medicine leaders.

Our research develops personalised medicine, identifying new biomarkers and incorporating value-based healthcare and clinical implementation of new discoveries.
