Student Services are delighted to announce students will be able to download several digital letters from Student Records, without the need to log a case with Student Services Online, from noon on Wednesday 13 July.

Letters cover everything from a student’s term dates and course attendance to proving they’ve completed their studies, from showing they are able to travel on a visa to the fact that they are intercalating or going on an elective year.

Find out more about the letters you can download below.

Completion of Study Letter

We recommend using this letter if you need to provide evidence of your final award. This letter will be available to download up until the end of your registration period. After this date, the letter will no longer be available.

Confirmation of Teaching and Learning Letter

We recommend using this letter if you need to provide evidence of King's College London's official teaching and learning dates. You can use this letter when applying to travel or for work outside of teaching and learning.

Application for Medical Electives

If you are studying on a MBBS course during the final year, students are required to spend 8 weeks on elective placement as part of the Elective and Global Health module.

To support your application, you are likely to need 2 letters:

  • Dean’s Recommendation Letter
  • Elective Support Letter
