Introducing Les Mills+ : A free and on-demand service with King’s Sport & Wellness

After two years, our award-winning Move Your Mind online classes have come to an end. However, King’s Sport & Wellness are pleased to be able to offer a free, online and on-demand service that will take its place.

Through partnership with fitness provider, Les Mills, King’s Sport & Wellness can offer several classes ranging from meditation to HIIT. Content will be updated regularly to keep your online workouts exciting and fresh.

To access this service all you need is go to our page on KEATS, log in using your King’s account and click the 'Enroll me' button at the bottom of the screen.
