From Monday 2 March to Friday 6 March, the King’s Student Money Mentors are taking over campus with a full week of tips, games, giveaways, and genuinely useful advice to help you become Future Ready. Think of it as your financial glow‑up week.
There's prize draws throughout the week with Amazon vouchers, £50 Blackbullion rewards, and £500 plus paid work experience up for grabs.

Monday 2 March - Basics of Budgeting

Tuesday 3 March - Understanding Borrowing & Debt

Student loans, credit, overdrafts… Unpack borrowing essentials and discover how to bounce back from tricky money moments.
Wednesday 4 March - Future‑Proofing Your Finances
Where: Instagram and Franklin William's Building Library Alcove, Waterloo Campus — 11.00–14.00
Savings, emergency funds, and planning ahead — your future self will thank you.
Thursday 5 March - Sourcing Trustworthy Information
Where: Instagram and The Shed Café, Guy’s Campus — 11.00–14.00
Not all money advice is created equal. Learn where to get reliable, safe guidance for everything from renting to budgeting.
Friday 6 March - Life After Graduating
Where: Instagram
Curious about tax, payslips, graduate bank accounts, council tax, or SLC repayments? You’ll leave this session feeling like a fully-fledged adult (in a good way).

Blackbullion is also running a national campaign with National Association of Student Money Advisers (NASMA): Money moves you can trust: Small steps. Big financial confidence.
From 2–6 March, they’re focusing on their Career Blueprint learning pathway and offering daily student prizes:
They’re also hosting a Future Ready Fund competition (2–15 March), awarding two students £500 each plus paid work experience for creating engaging student money content.
