Take Time Out – Rest. Reset. Refocus

A student taking part in Take Time Out craft activities

Exam season can be overwhelming, which is why KCLSU Wellbeing is running Take Time Out from 5 – 29 May 2026.

This month-long initiative offers a range of activities designed to help you pause, recharge and prioritise your wellbeing during the exams and assessment period.

From relaxing sessions to social drop-ins and dedicated marquee spaces at Guy’s Campus and the Maughan Library, there are plenty of ways to get involved.

Activities take place across all campuses, making it easy for you to step away from studying and return feeling more focused and energised.

To find out more about the events taking place across our campuses head to Take Time Out webpage.

What other wellbeing support is available from KCLSU and King’s?

You can talk to KCSLU Advice caseworkers about any issues affecting your studies, including mitigating circumstances and academic misconduct.
