Psychology

Students on the BSc in Psychology have the opportunity to add a third study abroad year (switching to a 4-year programme), at one of many destinations.

Exchange opportunities:

Australia

Canada

If you'd like to study at the University of Toronto please make note of the following: Students are allocated Mississauga or Scarborough campus.

New Zealand

Singapore

South Korea

If you'd like to study at Yonsei University please make note of the following: Psychology modules taught in English may cover content similar to core King's BSc modules, and access to these modules cannot be guaranteed. Thus this option is more suitable for students looking to broaden their study topics beyond psychology, than to those looking primarily at experiencing a cross-cultural approach to psychology.

USA

If you'd like to study at the University of California please make note of the following: All campuses with the exception of UC Irvine and UC San Francisco.

What can I study?

Students will continue to follow the broad BSc Psychology curriculum and in all cases module choices should be first discussed with the department Study Abroad Tutor. Students must take the minimum credit requirement of their partner institution and pass at least 30 King’s credits whilst abroad.

How long can I go for?

Students add an extra year to their degree and will therefore study abroad in their third year (of four) and return to King's for a fourth and final year.
