As a teenager, Helen Adams was worried about climate change and wanted to do something about it.

Today, she’s an expert on climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction, and has influenced policy through her work with the UK Cabinet Office, Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
