Transcripts
A transcript is a certified document that includes your full name, programme, and date of enrolment. It details the module marks, clinical hours and curriculum information for each academic year, and confirms the final award classification. All transcripts bear the official King’s College London seal.
You need a transcript if a prospective employer, Board of Nursing or Higher Education Institution asks you to provide an official record of your King’s award. Transcripts are normally sent directly from the School to the person who requested the information from you. However, they can be mailed to you in a sealed envelope, although please note that breaking the seal before forwarding to the final recipient will usually invalidate the transcript.
Once you have submitted the online form you will be given the link to our online shop where you can pay for the transcript/s that you have ordered. Once we receive the online request form and the payment, and any other documentation you wish to send us to be included in your transcript, we will process your request. We will endeavour to produce your transcript within 15 working days, however please note that if we need to obtain information from our archives this may increase the time it takes to produce your transcript.
COST: £10 per transcript.
