The closing of student email accounts is an automatic process that is arranged by the IT department after you have graduated. You should have received an email informing you that your account is due to close 30 days beforehand.

If your student account is due to be deactivated, we would recommend you putting an out of office on your King's email address and asking your contacts to email you at an alternative email address. Also, if you do have any important emails please forward this to your personal email address.

We do not offer alumni e-mail addresses or e-mail forwarding services anymore to our alumni, so once your King's account is closed you will not be able to access to what was inside or to the student benefits you once had e.g Keats or Shibboleth.
