King's Arts & Humanities degrees develop durable, long-lasting skills that are in strong demand from employers: critical and ethical thinking, human communication and influence, creative problem solving, adaptive and reflective learning, human-centre leadership, a mindset around innovation and entrepreneurship, and digital media literacy. These skills are particularly valuable in the age of AI where evaluation and interpretation are becoming ever more crucial.

From Philosophy to Investment Banking

Ayo Ilesanmi graduated with a BA in Philosophy from King’s in 2022 before going to work as an Investment Banker at Deutsche Bank.

From Digital Humanities to innovation, tech and privacy

Dinita Putri studied in the Digital Humanities department, and is now the Executive Director for the Centre for Innovation Policy and Governance in Indonesia.

The knowledge I gained from my studies led me to secure a position in one of the leading organisations that work around issues of privacy and technology. Oscar Davies – known as @nonbinarybarrister – studied French and History at King's before becoming a human rights barrister specialising in trans, non-binary and intersex rights.
