The LEAH DLA (London and East of England Arts and Humanities Doctoral Landscape Awards) Hub is led by King’s College London and brings together 12 diverse Higher Education Institutions across the region. Each Hub institution offers 15 doctoral studentships across five cohorts over eight years through the AHRC Doctoral Landscape scheme.
The Hub will build a thriving cohort of doctoral scholars and provide opportunities for them to engage with the highest quality of collaborative, cohort-based and interdisciplinary research training for arts and humanities. By drawing effectively on the rich resources and knowledge across the Hub member institutions, we will create a responsive training and development programme that complements existing training available through Hub members and gives all our DLA-funded doctoral students access to expertise, dialogue and development opportunities beyond their own institutional and disciplinary locations.
We will also offer cohort development events to bring students together across institutions and disciplines, and students will be encouraged to shape the Hub.
The home of innovative doctoral research, training and funding opportunities, while bringing together a hub of external partnerships, industry connections and open research practices.
