Collaborative Scheme for Early Career Researchers

The programme was designed as a response to a question many PhD students and Early Career Researchers face: ‘How can I make my research have an impact beyond academia?’

It provided researchers from across all faculties at King’s College London with the support and funding to establish a collaborative and innovative project with a cultural sector or technology industry partner in their area of research.

King’s PhD students worked alongside artists and creatives to explore ways to connect broader audiences with their research findings. The programme supported researchers in establishing relationships with cultural sector or technology industry partners that help address the challenge of generating impact beyond academia.
