Research centres and groups in the Institute of Middle Eastern Studies

The Lebanon and Syria Research Group aims to provide a hub and interdisciplinary network for Levantine research within the Institute of Middle Eastern Studies (IMES).

The Centre for the Study of Divided Societies is a global focal point for teaching and research on the political, social, cultural, religious and ethno-national problems that divide and unite societies across the modern world.

This Research Group is an institutionalised cross-departmental network of students and researchers focussed on the Middle East and North Africa within the Institute of Middle Eastern Studies (IMES). The group is being convened by Inga Kristina Trauthig (inga.trauthig@kcl.ac.uk) and Negah Angha (negah.angha@kcl.ac.uk).
