Student societies

There are two societies affiliated closely with the Department:

KCL MathSoc

KCL MathSoc, the King's College London student mathematics society, is an organisation that brings together undergraduate students for mathematics-related and social activities. The group's aim is to promote the study and application of mathematics and foster an academically supportive environment for King's mathematics students. Activities and events typically include external speakers from both academia and industry, careers talks, networking events, student-run presentations, workshops, debate sessions and a busy programme of social events. MathSoc also hosts intensive programming workshops to help students improve their skills in Mathematica, LaTeX, Python and more.
