Professor Claire Wells, Joint Head of School and Head of the Comprehensive Cancer Centre

Professor Wells has worked within the Faculty since she joined Kings as a Post-Doc in 2003. She has been part of the Comprehensive Cancer Centre since its inception and leads the Invasion and Metastasis Research Group. Alongside her research activities Professor Wells is also the Associate Dean for Doctoral Studies, an MBBS Senior Tutor and a Module Lead on the UG Bioscience Cancer Theme.

Professor Ben Forbes, Joint Head of School
and Head of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Science

Ben Forbes is a Professor of Pharmaceutics. He has experience in pharmacy education and research interests including pulmonary drug delivery and the development of medicines for clinical evaluation. He was appointed as Professor in 2016 and chairs the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Aerosol Society’s annual Drug Delivery to the Lung’s (DDL) conference.
