Looking after your wellbeing
If you’ve got the studying covered don’t forget to look after your wellbeing too. Take regular breaks, you could even try to switch up your assessment routine with nature, eat and drink well and take time to rest. Getting enough sleep and fuelling your body well can also help your performance – check out these brain food recipes for some inspiration.

- As well as talking to your department/faculty and personal tutor, you can contact the Faculty Wellbeing Advisors about challenges you’re facing.
- KCLSU Advice offer free, confidential and impartial advice to King’s students on issues affecting their studies and have put together a series of blogs.
- If something happens that affects your performance, you might consider submitting a Mitigating Circumstances
