Your mind matters - Take Time Out this exam period

Feeling overwhelmed during the exam period? Don't worry, KCLSU have got your back with Take Time Out!

Take Time Out is the biggest wellbeing initiative in the academic year from KCLSU, encouraging you to take time out of your studies to explore ways to relax and boost your wellbeing. Join us from 28 April - 23 May across all four King's campuses for a well-deserved breather.

Choose from a wide range of activities, including VR against exam anxiety, stress release yoga and arts and crafts. Visit the chill zones to chat with friends, or new faces, using fun conversation prompts, or just take a minute to unwind.

To find out more about the events taking place across our campuses head to the KCLSU Wellbeing Hub.

What other wellbeing support is available from KCLSU and King’s?

You can talk to KCSLU Advice caseworkers about any issues affecting your studies, including mitigating circumstances and academic misconduct.

Find out more about the wellbeing support available at King’s on Student Services Online and the Student news pages.
