Feeling the reality of uni life settling in? Wellbeing Week is coming to help you reset and recharge.

Join us from Monday 10 November until Friday 14 November for a range of free activities designed to boost your mood, ease stress, and help you feel more connected – because when you feel good, everything else gets easier too.

Craft activities, mini massages and mindfulness sessions are just some examples of what you can get up to throughout the week. Whether you’re after a calm moment or a fun break with friends, we’ve got you covered.
