President of The Law Society I.Stephanie Boyce on careers in law

In 2021, King’s alumna I.Stephanie Boyce made history when she became the first Black officeholder, the first person of colour and the sixth woman to become President of The Law Society of England and Wales since it was founded nearly 200 years ago.

In this interview with outgoing King’s Law Society President James Yang, I.Stephanie discusses her time as a LLM student at King’s, her career journey, diversity and inclusion within the legal sector including her advice for students from a Black and ethnic minority background.
