Industrial action by transport unions is scheduled to take place on the following dates affecting different train companies on different days. Some national rail services may start later on the days following strike action. Please check before you travel National Rail.
- Tuesday 30 January – Southeastern, Southern, Gatwick Express, Great Northern, Thameslink, South Western Railway and SWR Island Line
- Wednesday 31 January – Northern Trains, TransPennine Express
- Friday 2 February – Greater Anglia, C2C, LNER
- Monday 5 February – Great Western, CrossCountry, Chiltern
The London Underground (Tube) is expected to run as usual.

The university will be open as usual and teaching will go ahead on campus as scheduled unless your department tell you otherwise.
