World Mental Health Day 2021: We’re here to support you

Mental Health Nursing

This coming Sunday, 10 October marks World Mental Health Day. Find out how King’s supports students’ Mental Health through our services, events and resources.

This year, the World Health Organisation’s goal is Mental health care for all: let’s make it a reality, sharing that ‘World Mental Health Day is about more than advocacy. It also provides an opportunity to empower people to look after their own mental health and provide support to others.’

Here at King’s, we are proud of our commitment to support our students’ mental health. We have many resources you can use to enhance your wellbeing and services you can access, should you feel the need to speak with one of our teams.

Here are some of the tools you might find helpful in supporting your mental health and keep an eye out for our upcoming Wellbeing Week in November.
