Research
I am interested in all aspects of the law of obligations in both Common Law and Civilian systems. Much of my research so far has been concerned with aspects of the law on causation. In general, I hope to shed light on fundamental normative issues in the law of obligations whilst making concrete suggestions for the development of legal doctrine.
Teaching
Law of Tort; Law of Contract; Advanced Obligations; Moral Philosophy
