Toby QC Landau



A member of Essex Court Chambers, and in private practice as a barrister since 1994, specialising in international and commercial arbitration. He regularly appears as counsel before the English Courts and international treaty and commercial arbitrations worldwide. He also has extensive experience as an arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional arbitration. He is also a member of the New York Bar; a Director of the LCIA; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Chartered Arbitrator; and was closely involved in the drafting of the English Arbitration Act 1996, the Pakistan Arbitration Ordinance of 2005, and the Mauritian International Arbitration Act 2008.
