Dr Vandana Nath

Vandana Nath is Teaching Fellow in Human Resource Management at the Department of Management. She has previously taught at Queen Mary, University of London and Middlesex University Business School. Vandana obtained her PhD in HRM from King’s College London. Her doctorate examined emotional exhaustion and employee turnover intentions in offshored Indian call centres. Her research focuses on the characteristics of frontline customer service work. She is particularly interested in employee experiences of aesthetic labour and emotion management.
