Stuart Woollard, Director of King’s College London's HRM Learning Board established King's Learning Board in 2007 to help create innovation in workforce management by connecting organisations with world class academic research and knowledge on contemporary workforce issues. Prior to this, he gained 10 years' senior level business and consulting experience with Arthur Andersen, and created a management consultancy in 2000 advising major corporations on strategic human resource initiatives. He also worked for several years as a global HR director and then as a managing director in the financial services industry. Stuart has also published research on the role of HR in international mergers and acquisitions, on talent management in a global context, and is co-author of King's annual State of HR Survey. He makes regular contributions on workforce issues through various media and to a variety of industry and special interest groups. Stuart is also a King's College London Innovation Fellow.
