Alumni

Our academic programme, diverse outlook, global scope, and international student body prepare our students for a range of rewarding careers.

Film Studies alumni go on to work in a number of areas, including film production, distribution, exhibition, journalism, arts, television, law, academia, and education. Employers value their extensive knowledge of global film industries and their sharp critical thinking and visual analysis skills. Film Studies alumni are uniquely able to contribute innovative perspectives to help solve today’s complex problems, with their increasingly mediated, transnational nature.   

Our alumni stay in touch with us via the College’s Alumni Association, which includes some 130,000 members. Our alumni are our best ambassadors, and we are always happy to hear from former students who would like to offer advice or assistance to other alumni and students in a particular field of work.
