D&I in the Faculties
In addition to the central D&I team within HR, there are dedicated practitioners within each of the faculties furthering diversity and inclusion at a local level.
These practitioners work on various initiatives including Athena SWAN applciations, promoting D&I through engagement events and student and staff led diversity initatives, as well as supporting and advising senior leaders within the Faculties to make the decisions and commitments to further D&I at all levels.
