Introduction to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion e-learning module
This self-paced e-learning module provides an introduction to EDI, the Equality Act and how EDI is supported and delivered at King’s. All staff are encouraged to complete this training course.

Diversity Matters training
This training is split into three different role specific sessions for academic staff, professional services staff and managers. The sessions are designed to enable staff to develop their knowledge and understanding of how to support and progress diversity and inclusion at King’s.

Trans Matters training
Delivered by the EDI team and available to teams on request, this training provides staff with the opportunity to better understand trans identities and trans people’s experiences in King’s, the workplace/university and in society. The training aims to help staff feel more confident supporting trans people and to raise awareness of what makes a university trans inclusive.
