We have also included additional guidance such as the Accessible Events Guide to support King's staff and students in organising inclusive events. Please note that the guidance is focussed on what an event organiser should consider when organising an event at King’s and that King's Venues can provide information about the suitability of details such as location, AV equipment and catering already. For specific queries/requirements please contact King’s Venues directly.
