How do I view the job description and person specification?
To search for vacancies please visit our new recruitment website.
In our new system, you can view or download the job description, person specification, and any other documents related to the vacancy without the need to register your details beforehand. You will be asked to register your details only when you decide to apply for one of our vacancies.

What is the cut off time for submitting an online application on the day of the closing date?
Unless otherwise stated, the cut off time for all adverts is midnight (London time) on the date specified.

What happens to my application once it is submitted?
All applications will be considered with respect to the criteria outlined in the person specification. We will contact you within four weeks of the closing date to inform you if you have been selected for interview.
How is the interview conducted?
All interviews are conducted by a panel who have received training in the university's recruitment and selection procedures, which includes guidance on ensuring all candidates are given equality of opportunity during the interview process.
When will I find out if I have been successful?
After the interview you will contacted as soon as possible and informed whether or not you have been successful. We will provide interview feedback on request. All offers of employment are conditional subject to satisfactory qualification checks; reference checks; medical checks; criminal records disclosure checks; and proof of entitlement to work in the UK.
