1. Three Campus Gyms

One membership unlocks access to our three campus gyms: Strand, London Bridge and Waterloo. At each gym we have fully trained health & fitness coaches who are more than happy to help. They can even write a free personalised training plan to help you attain your goals.

King’s Sport gyms offer over 200 studio classes a week, from yoga and pilates to Tabata and spin.

3. BeActive

BeActive is our social and recreational activity programme. There are over 50 sessions a week, from 5-aside football to Zumba, yoga and much more.

4. Move Your Mind

Move Your Mind is an award-winning wellness programme that hosts online classes focussed on boosting wellbeing. Classes include yoga, Tai Chi, mediation and journaling. And because classes are online, you attend one wherever you might be.
