The Women Entrepreneurs Network (WEN) is designed to support all King's students, staff and alumni, who identify as women or non-binary and are comfortable being in a space reflecting on gendered experiences. Joining the WEN will increase your exposure to entrepreneurial skills, knowledge sharing and a supportive community. All stages and types of ventures welcome!
Throughout the year, we run accountability groups, networking sessions, skills workshops and our annual retreat. Our activities are designed to inspire and remind you that entrepreneurship can be a career pathway for anyone. We are creating a community of women with an entrepreneurial spirit, who are empowered to support each other’s ideas and ventures and who share learning and experiences.
WEN was initially set-up to achieve gender parity across the Entrepreneurship Institute's activities, with a key aim to ensure that half of the ventures on the Start-up Accelerator are women-led.

Women Entrepreneurs Retreat
Every year we host a business retreat, designed to help women entrepreneurs from the King's community to increase their entrepreneurial skills, grow their business acumen and develop their start-up. It is open to King's students, staff and alumni. The retreat offers a packed agenda with amazing networking opportunities and interactive workshops, including:
