King’s Enterprise Award

The King’s Experience Enterprise Award helps you develop the Seven Skills of an Entrepreneurial Mindset  to enhance your future, whatever that might hold.  

The King's Enterprise Award consists of two parts:

  • Part 1: Enterprise Award develops five of our Seven Skills of an Entrepreneurial Mindset - Build Teams, Compel, Get it Done, Commit to Growth, and Disrupt.
  • Part 2: You will be invited to complete the Enterprise in Action Award once you have completed Enterprise Award. This programme will further develop your entrepreneurial skills by focusing on the remaining Seven Skills of Disrupt, Validate, and Think Lean. 

What's involved?

  • Take part in a variety of learning experiences and opportunities
  • Complete skills self-assessments to evaluate your confidence 
  • Discover the world of entrepreneurship and London's start-up ecosystem
  • Meet other King's students and join a like-minded community to share the experience and learn together
  • Gain an award which will go on your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR)

Enterprise Award is one of the King's Experience Awards and runs between November - April each academic year. It is for activities undertaken outside your formal learning and is open to all current undergraduate and postgraduate students and staff from any faculty. The Award does not have a credit value.
