Partnership for Digital Learning and Increased Access (PADILEIA)

The Partnership for Digital Learning and Increased Access (PADILEIA) produces and delivers blended higher education programmes to Syrian refugees and host communities in Jordan and Lebanon.
The project has developed a three-pronged approach to increase access to Higher Education:

  • Bespoke short courses: Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in subjects highlighted within the project’s need assessment.
  • Online university-level courses: 6-12 months of online study offered with student support leading to transfer of credits into University.
  • Foundational programme: 8-month blended classroom-based learning.
