Our divisions

The Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience is divided into 14 academic departments across three major academic divisions: Academic Psychiatry, Psychology & Systems Sciences, and Neuroscience.

Each division embraces research, education and clinical translation to further understand and improve mental health and treat disorders of the brain, and train the next generation of researchers and practitioners, as well as informing the wider community. The IoPPN enables a unique level of collaboration between these divisions, allowing our research and study to be carried out in the wider context of mental health as a whole.
