Opportunities at the IoPPN

The IoPPN offers an intellectually stimulating environment in which to work, where staff are dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and learning, in the service of society. Across our 3 schools with their 14 departments, we provide high-quality teaching, research and innovation across psychiatry, psychology and neuroscience. 

All our current job opportunities are advertised via the King's College London - wide list, this includes professional services (support) positions.

Faculty vacancies 

The IoPPN recruits strategically but we are always interested in hearing from prospective clinical and non-clinical academic faculty interested in working with us. Contact the relevant Head of Department or the Head of School directly

Postdoctoral fellows 

We have a large and vibrant community of postdoctoral fellows across all disciplines. Funded posts are usually advertised on the King's College London - wide list and on jobs.ac.uk. Prospective postdoctoral fellows are also encouraged to contact individual IoPPN Principal Investigators through contacts listed under the Departments pages. 

Clinical and non-clinical PhD students 

Please see our Study pages for further details of research degree opportunities and taught courses. Funded PhD opportunities are usually advertised on the King's-wide list, at findaphd.com and at jobs.ac.uk

Integrated academic training for clinical trainees 

The IoPPN is committed to training the next generation of clinical academics. Opportunities to apply for both Academic Clinical Fellow and Clinical Lecturer posts occur regularly and are co-ordinated by the London Deanery.
