New ERG webpages
The Environmental Research Group (ERG) at King's College London has launched redesigned webpages. The ERG, led by Professor Frank Kelly, consists of six teams: Lung Biology; Measurement; Modelling; Science Policy; Emissions; and IT Services.
The teams combine air pollution science, toxicology, epidemiology and technology to determine the impact of air pollution on health in the modern world. Vital research outputs are produced as a result of their work. This research influences policies and actions to minimise the negative health effects of air pollution.
‘The objective of the new ERG webpages is public engagement – enabling visitors to find out about the interdisciplinary nature of ERG and understand what vital research is produced here at King’s,’ says Sam Hope-Evans, Web Developer. New sections of the webpages include: current research projects; who’s who in ERG; latest news and videos; and detailed information on each team.
Professor Kelly adds, ‘Public engagement is vital to showcase our work at ERG. The redesigned webpages display updated content and research outputs, illustrating our position as a leading provider of air quality information and research in the UK.’
