Long Lost Family

DNA Analysis at King’s appeared on a recent episode of ITV’s Long Lost Family, a programme which aims to reunite close relatives after years of separation.

 Scientists undertook DNA analysis – one of the newest family finding tools available - to determine whether two individuals on the programme were actually siblings. The episode also features an interview with Denise Syndercombe-Court, Reader in Forensic Science at King’s.
