Influencing policy and practice

Research at the School of Education, Communication and Society (ECS) is focused on transforming policy and professional practice, with users and beneficiaries spanning UK local and national governments, international organisations, policy bodies and overseas governments, professional associations and learned societies, voluntary and commercial organisations and individual practitioners.

ECS has worked with a wide range of organisations including the:Department for Education; Scottish Government; Science Museum; Exploratorium in San Francisco; Health Foundation; General Medical Council; Church of England; Citizens UK; UNESCO; and Tate galleries.
