Develop your idea

What do you do with an idea?

Poke it. Lift it up to see what's underneath. Squish it. Throw it in the air. Spin it around three times and see what happens next.

Whatever you do with it - we want to hear about it.

To tell us about your idea, you can book an Idea Feedback Sessions to tell us all about your idea, how it's going to solve the problem, and we can give you feedback and advice about where you can take it next.

How do I know if it's a good idea?

Once you're feeling good about your idea, we recommend you spend some time validating it. Validation is the process of testing your idea, and the assumptions behind it, with an audience of potential customers who can give you honest feedback. This is a critical step where you can learn from user feedback about what customer find useful or would like to see changed, before you start taking your next steps.

We run workshops on Idea Validation (and other really interesting and useful topics) throughout the year, so make sure you keep an eye out for the next session.

To get an idea of what validation is (and isn't!) you can check out our 'What is Validation?' resource. You can also catch up on our Validating Your Idea workshop recordings from Idea Factory:
