Change our City Challenge

Are you passionate about solving some of London’s biggest problems? 

Launched in 2023, the Change our City Challenge is a two-day event that invites students from across King’s College London to come together to tackle some of London’s biggest problems, including homelessness, health, poverty, community and the environment.  

No prior experience in entrepreneurship is necessary, just a willingness and enthusiasm for problem solving with others. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Explore potential solutions to problems you're passionate about solving.
  • Dip your toes into idea generation and disruptive thinking by attending interactive workshops.
  • Gain a stand-out experience for your CV and applications.
  • Work in diverse teams and connect with a community of like-minded individuals.
  • Learn how to design a great pitch and practice presenting to an audience.

 

 

 

Change our City Challenge was a great way to work with a lovely and diverse group of people! I loved the networking sessions and getting the chance to meet different teams. It was such a fun and enjoyable experience - I particularly liked how we had a tight time limit as it really pushed us to our limit and tested us on how we work under pressure!
