A transcript is a certified document that includes your full name, programme or module, and date of enrolment, with details of your marks and final award when applicable. It will also contain programme and module descriptions and a detail of your clinical placements. All transcripts bear the official King’s College London seal.

You need a transcript if a prospective employer, Board of Nursing or Higher Education Institution asks you to provide an official record of your King’s award. Transcripts are normally sent directly to you unless you request otherwise at time of purchase.

We will always endeavour to provide students with an Official Transcript of Training, however there will be occasions when we are not able to provide the information in part of in full.  This applies to students who studied at nursing schools (eg, Normanby College, Nightingale and Guys) which amalgamated to become The Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery & Palliative Care, and for studies completed more than 8-10 years ago. Please note producing these transcripts will often require a longer time. Turn around times may also be longer in busy periods, such as September and January.

If you feel you may be affected by the above please email before submitting your transcript request.
