  • How work & organisational psychology has drawn on psychological theories to inform and address key organisational problems
  • How empirical research forms a foundation of development of knowledge within work & organisational psychology
  • How knowledge of psychology can be used to influence the well-being, attitudes, behaviour, and success of people within the workplace (including yourself)

Who should do this module?

This module is available to all Business School students in the second year and BSc Psychology students. You should do this module if you are interested in people and what makes them think, feel, and behave the way they do at work. You should also consider doing this module if you want to find out how to be more successful during your working life. The module builds on Organisational Behaviour in year 1 and fits with Human Resource Management in year 2.
