Please note One Semester Modules are not available to Postgraduate students

This course is broadly equivalent to A1 Basic User, Breakthrough Level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

a 75% attendance requirement is in place in order to successfully complete the module..

Assessment details

Written examination/s oral examination/s

Oral exam (40%), 2-hour written exam (60%). Students here for the Full year/semester 2 only will undertake all assessments according to the module syllabus.

Teaching pattern

2 x 2-hour language class plus 1-hour task-based e-learning per week for 1 semester (10 weeks)
