King’s image library

 

 

Archives are the business owners of the university's Digital Asset Management System (Celum) which manages King's Image Library.  

This is the central repository for images, artwork and videos that the university owns, produces or commissions. It includes images used for current business and older images that have historical value. 

Access 

The Image Library is available to all King's College London staff at  digitalassets.kcl.ac.uk. First time users will need to register for an account with  IT Services

                                                                       

Copyright 

Images uploaded to the ‘Image Library’ section of the system should either be copyright free or copyright of King’s College London. The name of the photographer and details of the licence agreement should be recorded. 

If you are in any doubt as to the copyright status, please  email the Copyright team

All King’s College London staff are reminded that images are cleared for university use only. If the images are required for any other purposes, contact must be made with the Copyright team to ensure that the copyright owners’ rights will not be breached.
