We value your feedback about our services, collections and spaces, and continuously work with colleagues in faculties, IT and Estates & Facilities to improve your library experience.

All library staff are committed to providing an excellent experience to our students, staff and visitors, and Frontline librarians will escalate any concerns to library managers if you are not satisfied with our response.

Noise Line
Are you in a quiet or silent zone and other people being too noisy?
Text the Noise Line on 07883303052, describing your location (library name and room) and we will respond as soon as possible. We will not text back unless we need to clarify your location.
Examples:
‘Disruption in Maughan Library, room 2.59’
or ‘Noise in WEC library, quiet zone, 1st floor’
This service operates 09.00 – 19.00 on weekdays and 12.00 - 16.00 at weekends.
(Service not available during Bank Holidays or over Winter/Easter breaks. Please note that St Thomas's is only staffed a few hours a week and we may be unable to act on your Noiseline message.)
