Suggest a book form

Please use this form to request books that you require for your research, to contribute to the decolonisation of the library collections or if it is published by a King's author. This form is not for books that are on reading lists, or books that you are considering putting on a reading list. For books in the latter category, please get in touch with the publisher and request a review copy. 

The library purchases resources with an e-first approach. We will endeavour to purchase item suggestions in electronic formats wherever available. If you require a physical copy instead, please state this in the “Other details" section below. We receive more suggestions than we can purchase and may not be able to acquire all requested titles. 

This form is for use by academic staff and postgraduate students. If you are an undergraduate student, please look at our Inter-Library Loan service as well as Senate House Library's collection for additional resources.
